Compensation

We provide a competitive compensation package, including:

 

  • Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience and education)

  • New business commission: 60–70% (first policy year)

  • Renewal commission: 40–45% (each year the policy stays in force)

Supportive Team Environment

You won’t be on your own; we provide the support you need to succeed:
 

  • Commercial team to obtain business/commercial insurance quotes

  • Personal Lines CSRs to support with changes and processing

  • Guidance to help you learn the insurance side of business development

Licensing & Education

You must promptly obtain your RIBO license to work with clients and sell insurance. We will reimburse licensing course costs and fees, as well as future education related to the Insurance Institute CIP designation.

What You’ll Do

Your role is to meet people, discuss their insurance needs (everyone has them), and provide the right solutions. Our team will support you with customer service and processing so you can focus on building relationships and growing your client base.
